Biography

After earning her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, Elizabeth was associated for several years with Hannoch Weisman in its litigation department. Thereafter, she and Michael Brandman, Esq. founded Weiler & Brandman. Elizabeth has been awarded a Martindale Hubbell® AV® peer review rating, the highest rating for legal expertise and professionalism. One of her greatest pleasures is coaching a girls' high school mock trial team.

Elizabeth enjoys being a counselor and a litigator. She represents clients across a broad range of industries and ventures and is a trusted advisor to business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals. In addition to litigating in the construction defect and commercial fields, she counsels clients in transactional, business planning, real estate, and estate planning matters.

She is committed to providing her clients thoughtful, responsive, thorough, and efficient service. Working side-by-side with her clients allows her to understand their concerns and challenges and then assist them to resolve their issues and create solutions. Her clients frequently compliment her fastidious attention to detail.
